Meet Šárka, our customer service manager

"Politeness and mutual respect are a valuable key that opens the door for a successful and long-term cooperation", Šárka is convinced about this. "In this way, a mutual understanding of each other's needs has been developed between our four-persons team and our customers." 

Both at work and at home, this mother of two teenagers remains even in challenging situations friendly but firm. With a lot of discipline, she manages to juggle home office, homeschooling, and housework. When she puts on her running shoes, her family knows that she needs some time for herself to free her mind and recharge her batteries – especially last year Šárka went running quite often. She has been an enthusiastic athlete since childhood, she loves skiing, playing volleyball and enjoys going to the mountains together with her family. "Sport has taught me to never give up in difficult situations, because I've learned over and over again that there are forces inside you that you only discover when you need them."
