As Chairman of the Management Board, the company's founder is responsible for the strategic and entrepreneurial direction of the Oberalp Group. His daughter, Ruth Oberrauch, Vice President of the Obearlp Group leads the Sustainability Strategy for the entire company and is Brand Manager of the brand LaMunt. Christoph Engl, CEO of the Oberalp Group since September 2018, is leading the Executive Board.

Brand management is connected to all our branches around the world, to production and to sales units, which together access the central services of administration, R&D, sustainability, logistics and finance. The Executive Board reflects this structure at the top-management level and meets every two months at the headquarters in Bolzano. The team is responsible for implementing strategies and coordinating product development, branding, sales, communication and administration.
