Meet Tomas, our Sales Manager for Dynafit and Pomoca

Tomas Bystricky is a former athlete turned Sales Manager for Dynafit and Pomoca in the Business Czech Republic. Based in Tisnov, Tomas is a competent negotiator and has a unique ability to find a common language with different types of people. With a background in coaching and leading a small biathlon team, Tomas has a wealth of experience dealing with different personalities and finding common ground with people. He credits his technical skills acquired from his engineering-oriented college as a valuable asset in his current role.

His colleagues and friends describe Tomas as highly motivated, passionate, and determined to achieve the best possible results. He finds great satisfaction in combining his selling skills, technical knowledge, sportive mindset, and experience. His motto, "Who brakes doesn't win," keeps him motivated, and everyone who knows him knows that Tomas never stands still.

But for Tomas, it's not just about the final result on paper – it's also about living the moment and each activity to the fullest. The former athlete doesn't have a specific recipe when dealing with difficult situations. He believes that every situation is unique and needs a unique solution, and in most cases, it helps him to take a step back and see it "outside of the box". Still, he relies on his experience and ability to find a common language and to compromise where possible.

Outside of work, Tomas is obviously an avid sports enthusiast who spends a lot of time training and exploring new areas. Although his past was all about concentration on training - running, cycling, and triathlon - an injury and several surgeries have shifted his focus to self-development. He enjoys reading and exploring things that were not allowed in his "athlete past." Finding happiness in small routine things is what he learned to appreciate.
