Meet Anna, our Sales Operation Coordinator

Anna has been part of the Oberalp family for over 12 years. She is currently the Sales Operation Coordinator and is responsible for Oberalp's brand order portfolio. Her responsibilities include ensuring that sales orders are entered correctly into the ERP system so that goods leave the warehouse as planned. Anna's job requires her to work with numerous departments, from purchasing to logistics to sales, and she prides herself on being able to follow the entire supply chain process from supplier to customer. She enjoys it because Anna's job gives her the opportunity to work analytically while interacting with many different people. Anyone who has spoken to her knows she effortlessly combines both qualities to excel in her job. She captivates everyone with her reflective, understated, but always friendly manner.

Anna grew up in a hotel in the thermal town of Merano, where she was practically born with a service mentality. She was also introduced to the world of computer sience and music through her father and mother. As a child, Anna was also an avid skier and even raced in the ski club for a while. Her love for the outdoors has grown even stronger over the years and through her job at Oberalp. Whenever possible, the mother of two tries to incorporate sports into her daily routine, "which sometimes is really not easy," Anna tells us with a broad smile. "That's why I cycle the 40km to work as often as possible. That way, I can combine sports and time for myself."

Anna's love of tinkering and improving business processes is evident in her Sales Operation Coordinator role. She enjoys thinking about ways to optimize delivery processes and greatly values effective communication and networking within the team. For Anna, team spirit and constructive exchange of ideas are crucial to driving innovation and actively implementing change.  

Friends and acquaintances describe Anna as a reliable and empathetic personality, and her colleagues attest to her helpfulness and empathy without the slightest hesitation. The desire to experience something new every day drives and motivates her. "Pausing in difficult situations and looking at the big picture helps me find new approaches to solving problems," Anna tells us. " You can't change the wind, but you can set the sails differently said Aristoteles, and so I just try to make the best of every situation."  

Despite her busy schedule, Anna always makes time for what's really important to her - spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, sports, and the diversity of nature. Anna's passion for life and her work at Oberalp inspire many colleagues, and with her dual role as mother and professional, the gentle power woman is a role model for many.
