Meet Herbert, our Strategic Account Specialist at Dynafit.

Herbert takes care of the key accounts in Germany and Austria. This diligent and affable Oberalp team member always makes colleagues and customers laugh with his easy-going jokes. He knows the product range like the back of his hand. 

says the enthusiastic sportsman. "The fit, the durability, the lightweight and the wear resistance are phenomenal," gushes he. Herbert is always testing the products and disassembling ski boots, bindings and other items into individual parts. "I want to know how do the things that I sell work," explains he, and that's why he is also in constant communication with his retailers. 

The account manager recharges his batteries while doing sports: mountain biking, ski touring, or running work just perfectly. But Herbert is above all a family man, and prefers to enjoy his free days with his wife and their two kids. They’re usually actively engaged in skiing, cross-country skiing or hiking together.  However, besides having fun, all the entertainment and the great adventures, when it comes about raising his kids, Herbert makes also sure to transmit to them other values such as honesty and gratitude.

"I really enjoy working in a family business, because I can completely identify with its values. We are always there for each other, and we are very close as a team, unified in an open and friendly relationship", says Herbert. "In this environment you can always feel at ease, that's why you’re also willing to go the "extra mile" if necessary”, concludes Herbert. And after all, it’s not surprising if his motto is: Enjoy every single day!
