Meet Alessandra, our Communication Manager at Dynafit. 

Alessandra Glatzmaier, who everyone usually calls Alessa, is the Communication Manager responsible for the international communication of the brand. Together with her team, she develops marketing strategies and campaigns, organizes various fairs, conventions, events and takes care of the packaging. 

Alessa cannot spend two weeks relaxing on the beach. The passionate surfer needs action. For good waves, she would spontaneously pack her bags and leave. Every now and then Alessa travels on her own to make new experiences. Her biggest adventure was a five-week trip where she visited the Mentawai Islands southwest of Sumatra: in her suitcase, she had only her surfboard, a small backpack, and a first aid kit. She likes to surf high and fast waves, the same as in her job, but sometimes the waves can also be small and quiet. 

Alessa's Instagram profile says "Sand, salt, snow", because, after the sea, the mountains are her second great passion. She loves to relax in nature and is out and about early in the morning hiking or mountain biking. "One can do so much before work starts," she says. Alessa also likes to go skiing during winter. She likes to get things moving forward with projects and enjoys trying out new things: in the mountains, when cooking, and at work. The important thing is to get going and finding out where the path leads.

Alessa enjoys the freedom in the mountains but has also learned that one should never underestimate it. Alessa has been part of the Dynafit team since 2015. She loves her wide-ranging job, her international environment, and she is highly valued by her colleagues for her helpful approach. Alessa is open-minded, outgoing, and has a talent for organizing: even at big events, she pays attention to details. She prefers to do many things at once, after all, she works for three seasons at the same time. Her structured plans help her to keep track of things and even in stressful situations she manages to stay calm.
